Looks like you have too many sets on there. Each HID kit comes with two bulbs, two ballasts, so one kit does your low beams, one for high and I'm assuming the third one is for your fogs.

Something else to keep in mind, 55W and 35W will look different at the same color temp, so 6000k in 55w is going to look whiter than 6000k in 35w.
