In the rear I have the Eline rotors with the posiquiet pads.

When ever my brakes are cold my rear brakes posiquiet/ Eline squeal to high hell. It's rather embarrassing. It will do it every time I leave a garage or just pull off. When it's real cold like it's been lately it will do it for a couple of miles.

I sat the pad in the way your supposed to. Wondering if anyone had this issue and how they solved it.

I have the nicer rotor in the front with the hawk pads and the front dose t do it but does creAte allot more dust than the rear.

Did you happen to fully flush the brake fluid before winter? It sounds like the fluid is freezing in the proportioning valve and not allowing the rear calipers to move/release.

Freezing? It does it while it's just regular cold like 60-70degrees out. No just freezing cold.

Btw it did not do it all summer.

Eline rotors and posiquiet pads = no thanks

I have the e-line/posiquiets on all four corners and they are ANYTHING but quiet. After just 8 months, they all squeak so horribly that I'm ready to rip the brakes apart again and put something else on. My '00 Yukon had OEM pads and rotors on it when I bought it with 82k miles on it. When I sold it at 124k, I never had to touch the brakes. Ever.

When I got my 07, the brakes it came with got squeaky within a month, so I opted for the new setup...and this is the last time I'll ever go aftermarket on brakes, especially considering the price vs OEM, even for the e-lines. I couldn't be more disappointed. And yes, I did the power steering and brake fluid flush. Going to try the Raybestos OEM police package pads and rotors I think.

I don't have E-Line series but did get major squeak from the Brembo Rotors and pads. With R1 Rotors and Stoptech pads it's silent.

i have premier rotors and posi on all 4. No squeaks or anything. Those that have noises did you grease the guides?

Im sure you can use whatever pads you want w/ the rotors.
