Radio advertising

2004 Tahoe with the 6 CD changer Delco radio; no navigation.
I recently had new tires installed at a local NTB along with an oil change.

Fast forward three months and my radio display starts showing NTB advertisements on a fairly regular basis, NTB oil change specials, service specials Etc. No ads for other things show up; only NTB stuff.
I called NTB and challenged them if they perhaps installed some software or such on cars and they deny it.
Truck has NEVER done this in the 10 years I've owned it.
Anyone ever hear of this??

Really strange. Just for the hell of it, did you try disconnecting the battery? Try to clear it out?

Have not tried disconnecting battery; will give that a shot.

Disconnecting the battery did not work.
