Radio issue with 2021 Tahoe?

I purchased my 2021 Tahoe is April of this year. I'm about to have to take it to the shop for a 3rd time. 1st time was misfiring caused by a sparkplug cap not seated properly, second was the lifters failing at less than 5k, and now I have absolutely no audio, not even my blinkers. I love my Tahoe I just wish it didn't have these problems, it has less than 6500 miles on it. Has anyone has a radio/audio issue yet?

I had issue with rear media no sound, but took it in and they wiggled some wires and it works now. They did order a new screen anyway, waiting for rhat to come in....
