Radio stays on when i open doors??

On my 2007 Yukon, Start the car fine drive it to work cut the engine and pull the key out the radio still plays....when i open the door the radio DOES NOT shut off.

Nothing has been doon to it ...it just started a week ago
yesterday i put in a new battery because it still had the orignal battery(4-5 years old)was weak....but it still does it!!

Sounds like it could be a sensor issue with the radio knowing you've opened the door.

where should i start to fix that any one know????
Is there any harm.....it does shut off in like 10 mins???

Is there some way to reprogram it not to stay on??

now not only does the radio stay the dash lights also.

I do not want to take it back to the dealer $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Remember the good old days when you turned off the ignition, everything turned off? Some "improvements" aren't an advancement, but seem to be done just because they can be done.

sounds like a RAP problem. change your driver door lock actuator

my dads f150 did the same thing. If i remember right it had something to do with a sensor or something like that no knowing the door opened.
