Random "Stabilitrak Off" message with flashing engine light.

I am having this issue withy 2007. Just at random times the Stabilitrak Off message will appear and the chime will go off. Sometimes when this happens the engine light will flash too. Then it all goes away.

A bit of history. I had a new remanufactured engine just put it, when i got it back all this stuff started happening. I did some research and some say dirty injectors. So i brought it in amd got them cleaned. Still same issue.

I also got a p0300 engine code from all this too... Anyone experience this?

Does engine have afm mine started doing it few months back and I tried everything from new spark plugs to wires swapping could and checking for broken valve springs! Finally took to dealer when it got bad enough could not drive and it had bad lifters! After pricing out parts I had them do compression test and it came back most cylinders are under 100psi so I'm looking into a 6.0 swap atm! I did talk to a guy who can turn off the atm and said that would of probably saved my lifters if done it early enough!
