Orders Power Stop towing kit from Jegs last week. Got a email today, they "except" to ship 12/15/2021........

I really want to upgrade as I tow alot, but dang. I can get stock from NAPA today. Looked around the interweb, and lots of stuff is either out of stock or on a hold of some sort. I have the power stop brakes on one of other cars and they work well.

Guess I wait. Truck parked till they get here, passenger side is grinding...

GM OE is better than Power Stop. GM has used an Australian supplier before and is using a Japanese supplier now for our OE calipers and rotors and such.

Rockauto has them and probably cheaper, there is a 1 day delay on a rear rotor

Welcome to the new socialist america...
I was doing a "stock" brake job for a friend over the weekend.. Couldn't even get
any stock rotors for 3 days... Then I remembered I hadn't installed my own powerstop
front Z36 rotors and pads

I've bought from JEGS one time, never again! I bought some 5 gallon gas cans, similar to the VP Racing cans. However, the VP cans have an O-ring on the cap whereas the JEGS can has a foam gasket that leaks like crazy when you turn it upside down to pour it. The caps are not interchangeable between brands. I complained to JEGS and they offered to refund my money--IF I would return the cans at my own expense!

I have actually had good luck with JEGS. I bought a 5 gal gas can (old style steel) and it is probably the best gas can I have ever owned. Super stout, vent screw, perfect seal on the pour spout, definitely not a "CARB Compliant" can, it works too good... :)
