Rear 110v keeps blowing fuse

I have a 16 Denali that I bought last year, the 110v has never worked and I figured I would try to figure out why. I located the fuse and every time I replace and plug anything in it blows. I have only pluged in regular iphone chargers so it is not that. Does anyone know how to see what is tripping the fuse?

If all is OK until something is plugged in to the outlet, I'd start with the outlet having an internal short caused by the pressure of the prongs.
