My 2003 Yukon Denali's rear AC will only blow cold air when the climate control panel is set to the lowest temperature and otherwise, blows hot air. The front AC works and adjusts appropriately. It's only the rear that's malfunctioning. This is a recent occurrence that happened immediately after leaving the repair shop after my rear evaporator was replaced. Why is this happening? Door motor/diverter door, actuator, expansion valve, or something else?

Evaporator r&r involves removing the upper evaporator case, which is what has all of your blend doors and actuators and stuff in it. I just replaced mine a while back. Id try a relearn procedure for your blend door actuators first. One probably got moved while the case was off.
