Rear AC only blowing hot - no mode cntrl.

Like the title says, I can only control the blower for the rear ac. No matter if using the front or rear controls. It only blows hot and only blowing through the vent in the trunk.

I've done a search but it seems like others are only blowing cold and can control the modes.

Think its the control module or something else?

Same thing. Always hot or always cold... same solution. You can also search "actuator" because this is brought up weekly

I thought when actuator fails it reverts to cold, not hot?
Also
Not many having problem with the mode settings as well or at least that doesn't show up in search.

Nope. Can be also

still uses actuators, just in different places depending on the actuator that's bad

You wouldn't happen to know if both of the actuators the same? gmpartsdirect doesn't show the actuators so I'm having trouble finding part numbers.

All right. I've replaced the rear actuators. No go. Then I replaced the control module, nothing. What's left? I doesn't seem to matter if I use the roof mounted controls or the rear controls.
