Rear Air not working

I have a 2003 Yukon XL 2500 with an 8.1 engine. My vehicle has the electronic air controls for the rear on the back side of the console as well as the overhead controls in the front. My air will not come on at all with either set of controls. I replaced the regulator in the back right panel today and it still isnt working but when you try and turn power on to the electonic controls on the back of the console the power comes on and shuts right back off but no air will come out. Can anyone tell me if they have had this problem and what they replaced?

Try disconnecting the battery for about ten minutes. See if that helps first.
