If the LR toe is off, I reckon my only option is to replace the control arms. We did the panhard bar earlier this year but not the rear upper and lower control arms yet. I was kinda waiting to do them when we swapped in the 14-bolt axle. Tire doesn't look toed in. If it stops raining I'll take some pictures.
My bet is those values are residual or inactive as they are greyed out and don't appear active. Call the shop that did it or stop by and ask the tech bout it.

This. Is there tire wear backing up what the readings are? Does not look off that much anyway but I agree with @George B, I vote inactive readings.

No tire wear back there. I'll just ignore it then and keep going what I've been doing. Thanks fellas!

When you planning on putting in that rear axle?
Maybe this time next year. There are more pressing projects ahead of this one both for the truck and household stuff. I would like to tinker with it here and there as time allows to get it ready, replace the backing plates, parking brake shoes, etc. but right now it's on top of my rolling work bench and need to find another spot for it until then.
