Rear audio climate control unit

Hello I have a rear center console audio climate control unit I use to could play my radio station on my front radio and my kids could listen & change the radio stations on the rear center console radio to what they wanted to listen too but now it doesn't change station anymore . Can any one out there who has had this same problem tell me what's wrong or what to do. Thanks
