Is the rear bowtie on a 2007 tahoe screwed in/pin holes or is it just secured with adhesive?

I want to remove it, but thought I heard/read it has screws through it. Any help would be appreciated so I dont waste time! I searched the forums and couldnt find my answer.

Thanks!

Pin holes.......it's not hard to remove, removing the rear applique that it's attached to to replace the applique with the Yukon version is hard

After you remove it there will be two holes in the center of it. It's not just a clean surface underneath.

No it's not I ripped mine right off with my bare hands lol. It was however a major pain in the ass to put it back on.

The front one is held on by two 10mm studs that you can access from behind the grille. It may also have some adhesive as well I'm not sure. The back on is held on solely by double sided tape. You should be able to heat it up with a blow drier or heat gun (be careful) and get you some fishing line and pull the fishing line behind it and it should come loose.

So on a tahoe, you can debadge it but you're left with two pin holes.

The best way to get rid of these pin holes is to replace that entire long piece with a yukon piece that doesnt have pin holes. But getting that yukon piece on is a pain in the ass? Correct?
