I've searched a million times for this.. Can't find any answers.

How hard is it to change the rear bumper at home? Can I do it at home? How many hours will it take a shop to do it? Have any of you guys done it and have instructions for me?

Thank you.

I had to get mine painted, and my painter threw it on the truck for me. Robby did his (I think) and said it's only like 7 screws or something.

Two 7mm on each wheel house, one clip on the liner, open the liftgate, Six 7mm holding it to the rear body panel, two 10mm under the bumper cover holding it to the reinforcement. Theres also two push pins in the center of the cover holding it to the rear body panel. Take all bolts out, pull the bumper outward, away from the quarter panels (each side, just to loosen it from the guide), then pull it straight off the back of the vehicle.

Should take no more than 10 minutes.

Thank you for all the help guys! Hopefully I don't manage to screw it up. I will try and do it this evening! Don't be surprised if I post here frantically asking for help tonight because I can't get the new one on :p.

Its easy, just be careful when you pop the sides into the guides on the quarter panel. Just dont drop it!
