Rear camera intermittently works

Hi folks,

My 2008 z71's rear camera seems to want to work when it feels like it. I've had a locpick installed for over a year now and only recently has the camera been acting up when I put it in reverse?

Anyone have similar experiences or care to share any thoughts?

have you been driving with the rear camera on? i kno the lockpick can bypass that reverse trigger and you can activate the rear camera at will. what you should kno is that that camera was not meant to be used continuously.... for lond periods of time you may have shorted it or sumtin.. shouldnt be a problem for the dealer to cover under warranty might wanna remove the lockpick though (never know)

I ordered the lockpick w/o that option, didn't want to spring for the top-of-the-line lockpick. So it's definately not that.

on that note i doubt that there's anything you can do probably one of those random defects on the product itself should be covered under warranty!!!
