Rear Climate Controls

My rear climate controls are on the ceiling. I'm wanting to mount an after market flip down screen.

Can I buy a console with the controls in it like the ones that come with the Tahoe's that already have a flip down screen in them? If so, is it hard to replace? What all do I need?
