Rear End Vibration

Hi,
Been having an ongoing problem with a vibration felt mainly through the seats that i think is coming from the rear. Ive swapped wheels front to back and had them all re-balanced many times but i still get this bloody vibration!! ive heard rumours that if theres significant tire tread differences it can cause probs? Is this true? Are there any known problems/fixes with the diff? Its an 02 Escalade AWD. Any help appreciated.

i hate that vibration. it comes from the mid row seats (back) shaking. i tried to tighten mine but couldnt. let me know if you can get that fixed.
