anyone know if there's a way to "reset" the system after changing a park sensor? Or is it supposed to reset itself? This is for an 07 Yukon
Thanks

No reset. What's the problem? Park assist off? I get this time to time. You may have dirt blocking one of the sensors. Try cleaning the sensors

The service park assist message is on on my Yukon. I wanted to see if it was one of the sensors, so I took one off of my Sierra to test. My Sierra system works fine so I know all the sensors are good. I replaced the sensors one at a time on the Yukon but no luck, still not beeping and still getting an error message.
After putting the sensor back into my Sierra, it has the same message now. Now I've got two vehicles with this problem. Any way to diagnose the sensors? I know the 06 and older had a plug under the back seat but read that these 07+ don't. I tried cleaning the sensors also.

I found a tip on the net that said to do in a very quiet place or garage turn vehicle on but don't start, put in reverse and go to the back and put your ear up to each sensor and if its working you will hear a slight buzzing noise the one that doesn't is the bad one.

If needed the harness for the rear sensor

Thanks for the tip. I tried it out and found out that if you touch the sensor lightly with your finger you can feel and hear it tick. Was able to find one that wasn't and fixed it. Thanks again!
