Rear Passenger Courtesy Lights (instead of reflectors)

So I found this thread when researching my topic, and I wanted to go a little beyond the advice offered in the thread. Does anyone know if the harness that is going from the B pillar that is discussed in that thread is an item that can be separately bought? I'm still researching on my own, but I know some of you have documentation or even specialized knowledge that might save me time if you see this post. Thanks for any help you can offer, and if I find it on my own, I will report back.

For those of you with Escalades, do you know anything about any of the door harnesses? I haven't been able to find anything else useful.
