Rear quarter panel rust repair question

Relocated to dfw and am looking for a good place to fix a rust spot on my Suburban. It's on the rear quater by the fuel door. It's piped of a little paint now so need to get this killed now. It's about the size of a quarter.

I'm in the Richardson/Plano area. Any recommendations? Sorry if this isn't in the correct forum location.

Tell me about it. It came quickly too. I'm hitting 140k now and is seen its fair share of snow/salt and overrall conditions. Hoping to end it before or gets out of control.
