Thank! It sounds great...I was driving and one song allowed for a perfect resonance to vibrate the diamond plate on the speaker box, so I may have to insulate it somehow...but 95% of the time you cant hear it.

The structure is MDF, covered in fiiberglass, bondo, etc....then everything was linexed and re-assembled.

I still have to put some black hardware on the diamond plate, make some small adjustments, etc.

looks great man!, I thought about doing the diamond plate with mine but I opted for wood instead, but I have to say the Linex looks great I think I may have to redo mine, looks like we have almost the same setup too, one Punch P3 10" and a Planet Audio 5 channel amp in mine
