Last night my wife opened the rear window and while trying to close it, it became difficult. It wouldnt go the last 2 inches so as i tried to ** down and back up, it lost its resistance and luckily t was in my hand or else it would have broken on its way down. I watched some videos on this but cant seem to find where it attaches or is secured to a track. On top of it being late tonight, my light on camera didnt work due to low battery. I had ro use a dim flashlight. There is this rubber looking thing on the bottom but i cant figure out where it goes. See video. I am going to just take it to a shop yo get them to fix it but based on what you see, is the motor working or just making the noise and parts are grinding inside it? Sorry for quality of video. Edit, will need to upload yo youtube. Going to do that now.

the one on the right with the cable, if the motor still works when you unbolt it then it should be fine to keep using the existing motor

these don't really come off track in the sense of the old school windows they usually just break they only last so long

So could be both? Possibly?
if the motor is still trying to work when your hitting the button then it's probably fine it usually the other part that breaks. and when the other parts breaks it either gets bound up or just wont go up or down or will have slack in it.
