Rear wiper

Rear wiper doesn't work where should I start and is there any place that can fix it other than dealer

I just repaired mine and will do a write up in a few minutes. Might help to know your symptoms. Mine started working very slowly then stopped altogether even though I could hear a faint click when my kids turned it on for me while I was back there.
