So when im driving my and I make turns in my 99 Denali , my rear end feels like it slides . Im not sure what it can be maybe its a sway bar issue or something along those lines that its not stiffening the rear end.

Also my front driver side makes a clunking noise when i slow down, or hit a bumpy road.. from what i have been reading it seems like it maybe a ball joint or something around there maybe someone can shed some light on that.

eyeah I figured it had to be something sway bar related, anyway of being able to check the sway to know if it is in fact needing replacing? Is it just looking at the bushing and seeing if they are cracking to know to replace them?

unknown at this time.
A worn bushing would obviously look worn or chunked out. If you desire tho Belltech has stronger bar set available. as far as testing the strength of sway bar itself, I have never come across that test.

Oh ok, would the entire sway bar assembly need to be replaced or just the bushings? Question as far as the clunking noise a buddy of mine said it could possibly be a ball joint, could that be it?

Typically just the bushings wear... the bar itself, unless you've done something way outside the norm, will be fine.

As far as the clunking noise in the ball joint, when was the last time you greased it? Could just need lube. If you stay on top of the grease amounts, the ball joint could need replacing.
