Recommendations to set my Yukon apart

I have a 2017 Yukon SLT, which I love. I am looking for any recommendations of interior accessories to take my truck to the next level. I swapped out the cluster for a Denali cluster. I wanted to swap out the factory radio for a Telsa style, but none of the reviews I've read have been really positive without any flaws. Has anyone made changes to their interiors, especially electronics, that you would recommend? Thanks in advance.
