I don't know that it would be cost effective. Seems you can find a set on ebay of replicas for what it would cost you to refinish the stock wheels.

I took the stock 22s off my 07, they're in pretty rough shape. I replaced them with something a little smaller, a very clean set of OEM 20s from the previous generation Escalade. Picked them up off of ebay for $700 shipped a few years back.

Before I bought the used OEM 20s, I looked at replica chrome Tahoe 5 spoke 20s on ebay for around $800 shipped.

Depending on what look your going for and how rough they are I sanded down a beat up set of wheels off of a Legacy and bed linered them and they still look like the day I did them 2 years ago. Cheap option if you're cool with black wheels.

I had a set of OEM 20" powder coated silver a couple years back. The place charged me $300 to strip and powder coat them. Two winters in Wisconsin and still looked like new when I sold them this fall.
