There are differences between the early NBS and later ones, so what are you working on? Year, model, etc. would be good to know.

2000 GMC Yukon Denali should be the last of the GMT400 line...it was with my 2000 Escalade

I very well could be wrong on this, but here is how I understand the migration from GMT400 to GMT800 went.



Silverados and Sierras 1500’s, and I believe the 2500’s, switched to the GMT800 platform in 1999. The 3500’s switched in 2000 I think.

Tahoes, Suburbans and Yukons switched in 2000.

Cadillacs and Avalanches switched a year or two later.

the Yukon Denali in 2000 is still a GMT400 based truck with the 5.7 V8 rather than the GMT800 with a 6.0 V8...this was the transitional year so perhaps other Yukons were GMT800 but the Denali (and Escalade) were still GMT400 based...
