Just wanting to know if anyone knows of a good reman supplier for a 08 5.3 with vin 8th digit 0
My topic so far are either Jasper engines or Frazier engines the Jasper is around 5000 the Frazier is 3200

Was watching Powernation TV and there was a commercial for an engine rebuilder company that showed all the steps each motor went through to be remanufactured. Don't recall the name, tune in to a show and see if they run it.

Vin zero is an LMG, 2007-2009 with a single pattern camshaft and no VVT. Consider also GM Goodwrench engines. 36 months or 100,000 miles warranty.

I got a 6.2 GM remanufactured engine 2 years ago and it seems stronger and very dependable. I would recommend you change the starter and oil pressure sensor while the engine is out.
