Remote Gain

Hey guy's I've got an MTX Thunder Elite 1501D and I can't for the life of me get the remote gain to work.

Read the manual and played with it for a while with no avail.

Any help is appreciated.

whats it doing, not doing?
First you have to set the gain on the amp, then adjust with knob accordingly.

The remote gain nob does nothing.

Do you have to have the gain all the way to the min on the amp for it to work?

I always thought they were just plug and play.
