07 Tahoe LTZ with remote door locks. The remotes haven't work since i acquired it. I changed batteries and attempted to do RELEARN via DIC. The DIC acknowledges that it wants to relearn however no matter how long i hold lock+unlock it never chimes or completes. Tried a new remote with same results. Also disconnect battery for 10 minutes and retried. Same results. Any advice? Could the module be bad? I do have an older solus but cant seem to find any faults. Any advice is appreciated?

I recommend taking the truck and the remotes to a local locksmith, and let them try to program the remotes to the truck. If that fails, then you need to look at the appropriate control module to see if it is failing. Do you have, or have access to, a bi-directional scanner/programmer tool?

Joseph, I do have an older Snap On solus. I tried to do the relearn via that as well with the same results. Im assuming if the module is bad its not a plug and play and would need a dealer to program it to vehicle?

You may need to program the new module, but I'm not sure on that, and I currently do not know which module would be impacted. Folks more knowledgeable than my on which module would be involved will chime in.

However, if the replacement module needed to be programmed, and if you had a quality scanner/programmer tool, you could replace the module and program it yourself. For example, if you had a Tech 2 scanner/programmer tool (~$350 on AliExpress.com), you could purchase a GM replacement module at a number of Internet sites (surely, less than ~$300, max ), and program in after installation, using a Tech 2 for less than ~$650, and this would still be MUCH less of a cost than taking the truck to the dealer. And, you would have a great scanner/programmer tool for future diagnostics and programming needs.

I have replaced and programmed my Body Control Module and my Electronic Suspension Control module, and by doing so, I have literally saved thousands of dollars by doing it myself and avoiding the dealer.
