Remove tune before replacing plugs?

Is there any reason to put the stock tune back on before replacing plugs and wires? Will I be fine with leaving the performance tune on? Thanks

No reason to. Other than providing feedback in terms of open or closed circuit the plugs are a "dumb" component, unlike a sensor.
