I am trying to take off my glove box of my 1998 Yukon and can't get it off. I have tried to pry the tabs off, pul it off, etc to no avail. I noticed the screws outside, on either side of the glovebox. Is that what needs to come off?

Thanks

open box. press back corners sideways toward center of of box so rubber bumpers clear the structure. Swing down some more then lift out. No screw removal needed. Just used to hole the box together. On models without a passenger airbag anyway.

Thanks for the info, but I've got a passenger airbag. Ideas on how to get it out to get to blower with a passenger airbag?

Thanks
