LOL i was gonna say, have you tried soap??

if you mean the white, milky stuff, it looks like failing clear coat. usually happens from using too harsh a cleaner, cleaner on a hot wheel, letting cleaner sit too long. that or it could just be from normal wear and the clear is just failing

It's oxidation not dirt I can't wipe that shift off

And no clearcoat on it

you need a good metal polish for it. I used flitz and also stuff called X-treem metal polish.

nope just use the X-treem stuff and it will polish out. I would have to do that to some polished wheels after a winter worth of driving.

Man I would suck it up, and send them out to be professionally refinished and possibly chrome dipped or painted or even cleared so this dont happen again
