Replacement Black Bumper

I want to get rid of my chrome bumpers on my 06 Tahoe and I went through a few paint shops around town and none of them will paint my bumpers thinking that the paint will not hold.

So, I was looking into purchasing replacement bumpers like this one

Has anybody purchased a bumper from these guys before? The description says it's painted, but I wanted to make sure that it's painted factory black, and not a smoothed out looking black.

Also, can the Z71 bumpers directly replace the chrome bumpers off of the LS or LT models, or will it fit differently because of the fog lights? The fog lights seem to fit differently between the LS/LT and the Z71 models.

not sure about the web site, but yes the LS/LT fogs and valence(the gray part that houses the fog lights) are different from the Z71. But you can attach a Z71 bumper to your LS/LT, you will just have differnet style fogs and valence

Thanks! I still want to paint the bumpers since that should be the cheaper route to go, but I just haven't had any luck with the shops around here willing to paint the chrome.
