Replacement Seat Back Foam/Pad?

Anyone know where one can order replacement driver/passenger seat back foam? There are plenty of locations to order bottom seat pads, but if I'm planning on dropping some coin on new complete seat covers I think I would want to replace the back pads after 16 years. Thank you!

Not sure your model or options like heated seats but a quick google search brought up several options

Cant seem to find anything for a 2003-2006 Tahoe - ones for google are 2014 and above...… There'e one on ebay for $150....

There aren’t many out there but saw this on eBay. I searched 05 Tahoe upper seat cushion. Good luck.

I found the foam for the driver side but not passenger side on Ebay. It's OEM- I don't think anybody makes aftermarket ones though since there's no call for them. Is there something wrong with yours? My 02 backs are in great shape, foam and even leather too. I just had to clean mine in order to match the new bottoms.
