It is pretty hard to find just the cap. Most of the time you have to replace the entire air bag. But sometimes you can find them on eBay. I switched mine out for a carbon fiber Corvette one with the flags. It can be a pain to switch out because you do have to pull the bag out to get to the back of the cap, but it is not too bad.
I would also call around to local junk yards that carry late model GM stuff. I am pretty sure that all 07+ Chevy trucks and cars have the same size button on the horn.
Here is a pic of what I got:

Where can I find the same Vette cap as yours?

I lucked out and found mine on eBay for like $50 or $60. I have not seen any in a while, but if you check around GMPartsdirect.com or a junk yard you will probably have the best luck.

Does it just pop in there if you were to hack the yukon/bowtie out of there?

No, you have to pull the air bag off of the steering wheel, then unbolt the bag itself, then you can get to the small bolts that hold the cap onto the back of the air bag assembly.

I tracked a couple more of these Corvette flag airbag caps if anyone is interested. I am pretty sure this guy is the same guy I bought mine from. Here is the link:
