Are factory reproduction wheels heavier than stock rims of the same size? I've been looking at TBSS rims in a 22-24"". How muchwould my mpg to suffer due to the extra weight on the wheels?

By about 2-4 pounds. Usually due to a poorer casting.

You won't notice a difference really between brands. Between sizes you will.

Remember that rotational mass has a multiplication factor of IIRC 1.5

For example that a 40 lb. Wheel weighs 60 lbs. When spinning
