Right bank out of parameters?

I had a MIL that indicated a right bank cat out of spec, so I had the cat replaced and a new O2 sensor ,it was OK for a while then the MIL light comes back on ,cleared drive a bit then back on. Took it in to the shop ,had it tested and could find no abnormalities . The engine runs fine but the dam code comes back.HELP.Code P0157

what mods have u done? like headers, full exhaust? whats left stock and what isnt...

"Circuit low voltage bank 2 sensor 2" is what the code is for..Check the rear o2 sensor on the passenger side of the y-pipe..Make sure the harness isnt damaged..
