Rockford fosgate or kicker??

Im in beteween 2 pairs of Rockford 1652-s or kicker ds65.2
The power and response are basically the same with them, any reason I should pick 1 over the other or is it a matter of names? My current set up are 2 pairs of cpt-60c from power acoustic, beyond horrible but we all have to learn sometime. They are 80rms and the ones I'm looking at are 60, so would they be quieter than the cpt? Thanks in advance!

I think it would be a personal preference between those two. Go to an audio shop that carries both and hear them for yourself. I personally would choose Rockford. Rockford is generally known for better quality than kicker.

I have two sets of the Rockfords you mentioned running them with a R300-4 and they sound good.

Alright so im gonna order the rockfords, will they be louder than what mine are?

If they are amplified with a good amp (like the Rockford Power series), yes!
If not, it will sound like ish running off the stock power.

With the drivers and tweeters seperate they will sound a lot clearer. Only louder if you have good amp like Modded said
