For you NBS owners that have upgraded your rotors, what did you go with? I am in the process of doing this and need some direction in terms of size of rotors and brand. I have 22's and need to know if I should stay with stock size. I am going with slotted rotors and getting performance friction pads.

you have to stay with stock size unless you buy one of the 14" big brake kits. i just use the premium rotors from advance auto/napa/etc. i like the look of the slotted rotors, but most of those performance brands are out of what i want to spend, and the cheap ebay stuff is sketchy on vehicles as big as our trucks

Upgrade to 07+ front rotors and calipers, direct bolt ons.

This is an option as well. Now i'm thinking about just going with the performance friction pads with my stock rotors and upgrading my rotors later....or doing the 07+ front rotors and calipers along with the friction pads.

This. Easy swap, 13" rotors instead of 12" and better calipers. I picked up the parts from a local auto yard for $80. Will outperform any drilled and/or slotted aftermarket rotors you want to throw on your stock brakes.
