I haven't been on in awhile, but I'm liking the new section for lifts!!! Anyway as summer is approaching I was planning to get leveling keys and spacers. I know abot the ford keys and the likes so that's not what I am asking about. The readylift leveling kits is sorta pricey, but I assume its high quality. I looked at Rough Country's leveling kit and it is considerably less expensive, and it comes with 4 shock absorbers. So my question is whether the shock absorbers with the rough country kit are any good, or if they are just bottom line ones that they throw in with the kit. Anyone have experience with either of these companies?

Sorry if this is on here before, but I haven't found any threads on it yet!

Get the cheapest keys possible and get some Bils. 5100s. They run about $400 total. All the keys are the same.

The rough country kit is good though, it has everything you need which isnt bad but the 5100s blow away those shocks.

i agree rough country shocks are not that great i am running them now just because they came with my lift kit but they do offer better shocks for a little more dough

That's what I figured. I mean for $200 a kit that includes four shock absorbers, keys, and spacers- something is wrong. I wish I could get their kit without the shocks!!

Go for it. Shocks alone are more then 200. My "leveling kit" was $100 so think of it as 100 for shocks too.
