Rough idle after tb cleaning

Update: I ended getting my engine tuned so that corrected that problem. However, before the tune I noticed the rough idling went away after a couple of days on it own.

It corrected itself after 256 miles....i just added a volant CAI, long tubes,went from 3:42 to 4:10 and i added a detroit locker...aside from the crappy driving in the rain i can say she is ready for a custom tune...now where can i have that done close to los angeles?
