Rough ride caused by a bushing?

I found a messed up bushing, could this cause a rough ride? I'm not sure where else to look, everything else looks ok.

That's the end links for swaybar. Doubt it would be causing what you describe but should do them anyways since they are worn out and not hard to replace. And cheap

Yea, I'm gonna pick up some Energy Suspension replacements, might as well upgrade. Thanks
