Rough ride, jolty, unsettling over bumps

Hi All,
It seems like I have been chasing this nightmare of an unsettled ride or a jolting when going over larger bumps (i.e., man hole covers, expansion joints, pot holes, etc). I recently replaced the shocks thinking that was the culprit and it feels exactly the same as it did.

Vehicle 2005 Yukon Denali with autoride...I am lowered with the McGaughy 2/3 spindles/springs, factory 20" wheels, new tires, new shocks, new hubs/bearings - it rode like this even before suspension upgrades so I don't think that is it.
Every time I take it to get it looked at (I have a 3 year free alignment package) it aligns fine and the techs say everything looks fine nothing loose in the suspension or anything. Also the tires always balance fine and have less than 4k on them.

I feel like they are overlooking something? Please help i want to pull my hair out - any suggestions would be helpful as places to start or check.

What size tire are you running, also what tire pressure?

Cheap check would be to Get new stabilizer bar bushings and tighten down. If it feels better you may want to invest in a larger bar.

Go to rock auto and look up your truck. They will be on the drop down. The stabilizer bar attaches to your suspension on both sides and to the chassis on the bottom of the truck. Those bushings get worn and are easy to replace.

I ordered new stabilizer links and bushings. Should I do anything about the front bump stops? Do the torsion bars go out on these? The truck has about 100k on the clock

Anything else to look for? Its sitting on the bump stops in the front is that normal or should i have trimmed them?
