I have now owned a combination of 7 Tahoes, Denalis and an Escalade over the years. 3 of those were Callaway SC560s . But the one that got away was my special order 2010 Tahoe PPV. I should have never sold it. Well I traded in my 2019 AMG E63s for this 13k mile 23 Tahoe RST 6.2 Performance package and couldn't be happier. Life changes, I needed a ride that could better accommodate my service dog. I am looking at this one like a blank canvas at this point. I might send it to Callaway as I have in the past not sure just yet. I do know this truck is like the refined rebirth of my PPV from years back. I love the tight ride and it moves for a stock truck. Anyone have any ideas for a mild tune I am all ears as I have been out for a few years now.

Very nice RST and handsome companion! Where does your service dog ride?

My previous ride was a Chevy 2500 Express van with sliding side door and it was a lot more dog friendly for jumping in and out and just more space for my Labrador. He would sit in the space between the 2 front seats as there was no console. I always thought it was safer to have the dog on the floor. He loved the van as he had a lot of room to move around. That guy lived to 16 years old.

My 2024 Tahoe is pretty big but not sure of where to put the dog. Still have a Lab but this one is a female. So far she rides in the second row on the floor but barely enough room to lay down or turn around.
