RST paint is coming off

Don‘t know how else I could describe it but the black painted front grill of the RST model here is having issues. The paint is coming off after 20k miles and I’m wondering if that could get fixed as I assume it‘s not just regular paint but powder-coated. And if anyone knows whether this would be covered by Chevy’s warranty? What do you think? Small chips are certainly not my biggest concern but this large spot. Seems to be bad quality.

I would go to the dealership and see what they can offer to do. I would imagine bumper to bumper would cover it.

Definitely take it to the dealer and have them order a new grill.

Could always go for the black delete mod ;O). Dealership for certain.

3/36000 will get you a new grill. My dealership has already replaced 3 or so.

I have this exact same issue. Didnt even think warranty was an option. Awesome!

My friends at4 sierra had this same issue on certain pieces on the front of the truck. Large chunks flaking right off.

Dont think he did anything with it because it was a lease truck and he was turning it back in soon.
