RUBBER STOP FOR FRONT SUSPENSION

Hello what is the name of this rubber stop i believe located lower control arm and upper control arm?

Also how does one replace it?

I have 151000 on a 2002 yukon and i am duh! seeing alot of wear on this stop.

Jounce bumper? Pull out the old one, put some soap on the new one and pop it in. It's not tough, and makes a big difference.
