So lowered 2-3/4 kit, rear no spacer links at 3". Wheels +35 offset w/ 285/45/22. Noticed it rubbing on LR inner fender liner with OEM 20's and 22's only when turning to right or if Lr goes through a dip. Is this normal??? Havent heard anyone else talk about it.

My wheels are 22x9.5" with a 30mm offset. I run 305/40/22 tires and do not notice any rubbing on the rear. Only my LF rubbed but when I looked closely it was rubbing on one of the plastic push in pins that hold the inner fender trim in place. I took that pin out and all is GTG now.
