I know most of you disagree on my decision to put on OEM running boards on my yukon but it's for the ladies in the family. I purchased a set off of craigslist but as I went to put them on I noticed there were no bolts or holes that line up for the brackets. Is there a difference in mounting equipment when it comes to boards off of a Tahoe?

Here is a pic of the boards.

they bolt on directly on the frame. if i know correctly, if your yukon never had running boards, the wholes in the frame were never made. you'll have to do that.

Don't they mount to the body? IIRC mine were attached to hangers just under the rockers...

I believe you are right my friend, because the distance from the frame and the body is too large of a gap. Unless there is something that bolts up to the frame and shortens the gap, llike a block.
